Stephen Cain photography is always my first choice for events and family photographs. I have commissioned Steve on many occasions over the past five years. He is equally at home for theatrical shoots and more personal takes such as special birthdays. Steve’s approach is as he describes on the website: relaxed and fun. I have seen him work with a one year old child and a group of 30 actors; each time he manages to gain the subjects’ immediate confidence which inevitably leads to just the right photograph.

This was our second family portrait session with Stephen. He spent some time with the girls again talking and laughing which made them feel relaxed. Stephen is very patient with children and gradually gains their confidence before he start taking pictures. So pleased with the results which we will treasure.

We booked Stephen for our daughters Birthday Party and are so pleased with the photos. He took some time talking to the children and even joined in the painting. After the session we were shown different products to display the photos which was helpful. I would recommend his photography to any families looking for professional photographer.

I booked Stephen Cain for my daughter’s 13th Birthday disco. They arrived promptly to set up, the back drop and kit looked great, and my daughter and her friends had the most amazing photographs! Both Stephen and his wife interacted so well with the children, getting them into groups, dressed up with props and having lots of fun. The quality of the photos surpassed my expectation, and my daughter has many lovely photos to look back on to remember a fantastic birthday party. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Stephen. In my job, I deal with many different photographers, and he is by far the most professional.

Absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much for Steve and was greatly received by all who attended the event. The pictures were of the best quality and priced very reasonably, we will absolutely be using him again in the future.

We booked Stephen to take some photos of Gemma for our Grandparents as a special surprise. He is happy to take his time and to get the right pictures and made us feel quite relaxed as the 2 hour session passed so quickly. We were so pleased with results we had this photo enlarged and presented as a framed print to our parents.

We booked stephen for our Grand daughters 4th Birthday and it was such a pleasant experience for us all. He takes his time and is understanding and patient. After we had finished we were shown different products to give us some ideas on how we wanted to present the selected photos.
